Situation
NatWest needed experienced digital product and platform capability inside a complex banking environment. The work required more than extra development resource: it needed people who could operate inside an established organisation, understand stakeholder expectations, and support delivery where speed, quality, governance and trust all mattered.

Obstacles
The environment was complex and highly regulated. Delivery had to work around internal processes, stakeholder alignment, technical standards, security expectations and the reality of building digital products inside a large financial institution. This created a need for capability that could plug into existing teams without becoming disconnected from the commercial outcome.

Actions
NuForm worked as an embedded app and platform delivery partner, bringing product thinking, UX, engineering experience and delivery ownership into the process. We supported internal teams and stakeholders across product definition, delivery planning, technical execution and ongoing iteration, helping move digital initiatives forward without treating the engagement as simple resource supply.

Results
NatWest gained experienced embedded capability that could support digital product delivery in a high-trust, high-complexity environment. The work demonstrated NuForm’s ability to operate inside organisations where business-critical software must be delivered with pace, care, governance and commercial awareness.
